These terms govern your use of istanbulboatparty.com (the "Site"), operated by Buoyency, a sole proprietorship registered in Istanbul, Türkiye (Doğan Can Gültekin). By using the Site you agree to these terms.

1. What this website is

The Site is an informational and promotional page for boat party events on the Bosphorus. It does not sell tickets directly. Tickets are sold through our third-party ticketing partner (Biletimgo). When you click to buy a ticket you leave the Site and any purchase is subject to that partner's own terms and refund policy.

2. Event participation

Events are strictly 18+. Valid photo ID (passport, residence permit or national ID) is required at boarding.
Boarding times are fixed. The boat departs on schedule and does not wait for latecomers; a missed departure is not refunded.
Refunds, cancellations and transfers are handled by the ticketing partner and are subject to their policy.
Guests must follow all instructions from the crew and event hosts, including safety instructions. We reserve the right to refuse boarding or remove anyone whose behaviour endangers themselves or others, or who harasses other guests, with no refund.
Swim activities (where offered) take place in open water and are undertaken at your own risk; follow all crew instructions.

3. Photography and filming

Our events are photographed and filmed for promotional use. By attending you consent to appearing in such material. If you prefer not to be photographed, tell a host on board and we will do our best to respect it.

4. Accuracy and changes

We try to keep event details (dates, times, prices, meeting points) accurate, but they may change. The authoritative details for any event are those shown on the ticketing partner's event page. We may update the Site and these terms at any time.

5. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
